What is peugeot adblue?

Peugeot AdBlue is a diesel exhaust fluid that is used in Peugeot vehicles with BlueHDi technology. It is a non-toxic, colourless, and odourless liquid that helps to reduce emissions and improve fuel efficiency in diesel engines. AdBlue is made up of a solution that combines urea and deionised water and is added to an AdBlue tank in the vehicle. When the diesel engine is running, a small amount of AdBlue is injected into the exhaust system, where it reacts with nitrogen oxides to convert them into harmless nitrogen and water vapour. This process is known as Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR). Peugeot vehicles with BlueHDi technology require AdBlue top-ups every 20,000 to 25,000 miles, depending on driving conditions. Peugeot AdBlue can be easily purchased at Peugeot dealerships or at automotive stores.
